Nature and conservation also underpin everything at Cousine Island. It’s the only island in the Seychelles free of non-indigenous mammals and is a nesting spot for both Green and Hawksbill turtles and home to migratory birds for half of the year.

Cousine Island has a small ‘spa’ but only offers a couple of treatments.
Villas
There are just 4 elegant French Colonial Villas nestled in lush endemic vegetation and positioned 30 meters from the beach. The very spacious air-conditioned Villas (175 sq. m) are in full view of the ocean with front & rear veranda, each with its own outside shower.
The large bedroom opens up onto the beach allowing you to breathe the fresh sea air and to enjoy the magical view as the sun rises and sets.
The spacious bathroom has a twin shower with twin vanity and Jacuzzi bath.
Luxurious Ligne St Barth products with exotic tropical scents have been specially selected, and candle light ensures that your bath is not just a necessity but a longed for occasion!
The comfortable lounge and dining areas are equipped with all mod cons.

All meals are included at Cousine.
The Pavilion has an open-air dining area with lounge, library & Internet access and a fresh water swimming pool.
The Gecko Bar leads off from the Pavilion, providing a breath-taking view of the Blue Ocean and lush green neighbouring islands.
Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area or the bar whilst listening to the waves lapping on the shore and birds chattering in the sky. Night time brings magical starry skies with bonfire barbeques on the beach and bare foot dining.
Facilities:
Cousine Island is really a nature lovers retreat and income from the island is devoted towards conservation efforts. There is the chance to get involved with conservation activities by helping with turtle projects or tree planting.
The resident ecologist leads nature walks and there is excellent snorkelling.
The Beach House Wellness Retreat offers massage treatments and the freshwater swimming pool is a lovely spot to relax by and re-charge.
