Fridays Boracay
Perfectly positioned on one of the best beaches in the Philippines, Fridays Boracay is a 48-room boutique resort in Boracay set amongst lush tropical gardens and shady coconut trees.
Fridays has welcomed over 30,000 guests since opening in 1982, but continues to offer a warm welcome and a high standard of accommodation.
Friday’s is named after ‘Friday’ from Robinson Crusoe and began life with just two cottages.
Things have grown a little since, and Fridays these days boasts a fresh water swimming pool, beachfront bar and a popular restaurant.
Rooms are on ground level close to the pool or in low-rise buildings surrounding the pool.
Premier Suites are the newest rooms at Fridays, set a little way up the hill and offering lots of space and very impressive bathrooms - we really recommend these rooms if a better room is important.
What’s so Special?
White Beach is one of the best locations in Boracay and one of the best beaches in the Philippines – 4 km of powder-fine white sand.
It's at the quiet end of Boracay's White Beach.
Bear in mind
Fridays is on a great beach and in many ways its charm comes with its old-fashioned resort style. It is after all over 30 years old.
Given the resort's age, don't expect a super-modern resort and Friday's isn't a luxury resort. Bathrooms are a little old fashioned, doors still lock with keys, design and features will seem quite dated for those used to more modern styles.
Fridays will appeal to those looking for a great beach with plenty of things to do including watersports.
Deluxe Rooms
Fridays Boracay has 17 spacious Deluxe Rooms equipped with one queen size bed and one single bed. These rooms are located mostly around the swimming pool and the courtyard.
Rooms have wooden floors and high ceilings and are furnished with neutral colours in warm tropical style.
Spacious tiled bathrooms feature large walk-in showers.
Premier Room
Fridays Premier Rooms are essentially the same as the Deluxe Rooms, with a location closer to the beach and a partial beach view.
Rooms are equipped with one queen size bed and one single bed. These rooms are located mostly around the swimming pool and the courtyard.
Rooms have wooden floors and high ceilings and are furnished with neutral colours in warm tropical style.
Spacious tiled bathrooms feature large walk-in showers.
Premier Suites
Six new luxurious, circular Premier Suites overlook the resort and the sea.
These rooms have a large private veranda – great for relaxing.
Suites have very large bathrooms with elegant bathtubs and Rainforest showers facing floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light (but still totally private).
On the upper stories, Premier Suites have magnificent cathedral ceilings adding to the understated elegance of the suite. Rooms feature 1 King and 1 single bed.

Dining
Fridays’ well-known and popular restaurant offers local and international cuisine, served in a fabulous beachfront location.
Favourite dishes include Wasabi Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Palawan Lobster, Poached Norwegian Salmon, a simple Panini or Filipino Sinigang.
