This nine room B&B, adults only hotel is located 200 metres from the beach and 50 metres from Playa del Carmen's 5th Avenue,
Hotel La Semilla B&B has a laid-back atmosphere featuring organic forms and simple design reflecting a sense of Mexican history, heritage, style and simplicity inspired in the Rough Luxe movement.
Most of Hotel La Semilla furniture and details have been picked from the finest flea markets around Mexico and from different Haciendas from Yucatan.
The property, located in Calle 38, once a remote area of Playa del Carmen is now in the middle of the trendiest part of town, next to the famous restaurant La Cueva del Chango and surrounded by cenotes, a mayan ruin and jungle.
