Le Domaine de la Reserve is a much loved family owned Seychelles boutique hotel in a national park in Praslin, with just 40 sea-facing rooms overlooking private and exclusive Anse Petit Cour beach.
The ambience is very romantic and Le Domaine de la Reserve is located in one of the most beautiful settings in the Seychelles.
Le Domaine de la Reserve is secluded, with shops and restaurants about 15-minutes walk away. Buses to Anse Lazio stop right outside the hotel.
Le Domaine de la Reserve offers Creole styled rooms, with local artist's paintings adorning the walls, King-size four-poster beds and wooden furniture, all coupled with some nice modern touches and features.
La Reserve has a large swimming pool and a popular restaurant on a jetty.
A reef here protects the beach, providing gentle water for swimming and snorkelling.
What’s so Special?
Le Domaine de la Reserve boasts one of the largest swimming pools in the Seychelles.
The Jetty Restaurant is definitely a highlight with great breakfast and dinner and a fantastic over water location. Try and spot a baby shark or stingray swimming by.
Being the only hotel located directly in Praslin’s Curieuse Marine Park National Park, La Reserve offers snorkelling equipment free of charge.
The trip to Curieuse Island is popular for the turtles, beaches and mangroves.
Bear in Mind
The sand is a little bit coarse and there is some sea grass which snorkellers need to negotiate to get to the reef.
Forget about Wi-Fi - it’s slow and expensive in the Seychelles (you’ll feel happier anyway).

The colonial superior villas (68 sq. m) are located on the hillside and close to the restaurant – with a partial view of the horizon, facing Curieuse Island.
Rooms have King-size four-poster mosquito net draped beds, a lounge with 4 armchairs (in 4 of the rooms only) and terraces with deckchairs.
Exposed stone internal walls and cool floor tiles create a natural feel to the interiors.

Le Domaine de la Reserve has two restaurants, the Jetty Restaurant offering the most memorable dinner experiences overlooking the lights of anchored yachts in the bay and the natural aquarium of the jostling fish below.
The Pool Grill means guests can order fresh fish, grilled meat or a salad and enjoy on the chaise lounge.
