Petit Amour Villas

Petit Amour Villa is located in the North West of Mahé, a 20-minute drive from the capital, Victoria and 40 minutes from Mahé International Airport.

Petit Amour has just four en-suite rooms, fully air-conditioned throughout and each opening onto a spacious balcony or terrace with seating to enjoy the exceptional views.

The Villa is within a five-minute drive of one the most popular beach locations on the island. Renting a car is a good option here.

The immediate areas of Bel Ombre, Beau Vallon and Glacis are filled with restaurants serving Creole, Fusion and European food.

Spa and wellbeing packages can be created to include daily massages, nature trail hikes, yoga and healthy meals, making at stay here ideal for those just looking for some rejuvenation time with spa treatments, yoga, activities, healthy food and relaxation.

What’s so Special?

John and Michael are gracious and attentive, but not in the least bit intrusive hosts. The personal touch means a stay at Petit Amour Villa is more like staying in a friends’ house rather than a hotel.

Petit Amour Villa is a great choice for a wedding in the Seychelles. It’s a fully licensed wedding venue and offers privacy and a great location for the ceremony and reception. John and Michael are great organisers.

Rooms

There are just four rooms, fully air-conditioned throughout, and each with an en-suite bathroom, and each opening onto a spacious balcony or terrace with seating to enjoy the exceptional views, by day or night.

All bedrooms are individually designed and beautifully appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings.  They all have comfortable seating and flat screen TV’s giving individual access to movies and music.  So, when it’s time to retire, your bedroom offers a sanctuary to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

The stunning split-level Master Suite benefits from an Italian marble en-suite bathroom with a two-person spa bath, and views across the ocean. It also has a twin vanity and freestanding Rainforest shower.

The elegantly furnished open-plan living space has a bar, a lounge, a dining room and kitchen areas.

The mix of marble floors, muted natural tones and dark wood furniture provides an air of peace and tranquillity. The fully equipped modern kitchen also has a separate breakfast bar overlooking the ocean.

At the top of the sweeping solid wood staircase is the informal sitting room, which is the hub of the upstairs space.

It features a 50-inch flat screen, PC access and a very large selection of movies and music to enjoy, via a sophisticated entertainment system.

This is a great place to relax and unwind, perhaps take a book from the extensive library, play a board game or simply sit and watch the sunset. It offers bright comfortable seating and opens to a large dining area on the balcony beyond.

Dining

A chef is available for all meals. The fully equipped kitchens make this a great option for a self-catering holiday in the Seychelles.

The dining room offers views over the bay.

Which Airlines do you use?

We work with all the major airlines flying to the Seychelles.

Typically for the Seychelles we will use British Airways for direct flights.

There are currently twice-weekly flights from Heathrow (Wednesdays and Saturdays) direct to Mahe using the Dreamliner.

The flying time for direct flights is around 10 hours, making the Seychelles a little shorter flying time than going to South East Asia.

We also commonly use Emirates via Dubai, Qatar Airways via Doha and Etihad via Abu Dhabi. These all allow stopover options in the Arabian Gulf to create a multi-centre holiday.

Regional connections from across the UK are available.

Which Hotels do you use?

We're careful with our choice of resorts in the Seychelles, but we're guided by our customers also. If you have some preferred hotels, just let us know.

We specialise in boutique hotels and so we will often suggest some of our favourite smaller hotels where we think these will be suitable.

Do I need a visa for the Seychelles?

If you're travelling on British Passports, no visa is required for stays of up to a month.

Please double check before travel however as visa requirements are subject to change at any time.

How long have you been organising holidays to the Seychelles?

We've been organising tailor made holidays to the Seychelles since 2009.

We use a very reliable local partner in the Seychelles for our tours and transfers and to assist our clients in the Seychelles. They are a family owned company who are one of the most established and respected local travel companies.

We keep up to date with developments in the Seychelles with regular visits and through our local contacts.

When is the best time to visit the Seychelles?

The driest time of year to visit the Seychelles is normally between June and September.

April to May and October to November can be the best value times of year to visit the Seychelles as these are shoulder-season periods.
