Savute Safari Lodge sits on the banks of Botswana’s fabled Stone River, in a setting of remarkable beauty. The Savute Channel is part of an eco-system renowned for its large concentration of elephant and lion and their troubled relationship.

Savute Safari Lodge offers twelve modern en-suite rooms, stylishly decorated featuring high roofs, glass doors and a combined bedroom/lounge area. Savute Safari Lodge is not quite your typical safari accommodation.

In front of the camp is a small waterhole frequented, in the dry season, by hundreds of elephant. Overlooking the channel, Savute Lodge boasts a viewing deck, al fresco dining area and a swimming pool, ideal for watching game at the waterhole.

The focus at Savute Elephant Camp is on game drives, although short walks are also possible.
