Continue to the border of Belize and drive towards San Ignacio, in Cayo District. Spend 4 days in this lush jungle location with plenty of opportunity for outdoor adventure and visiting Mayan ruins.

From here transfer by road and by boat to Lamanai Outpost Lodge, with 4 days to explore the area with its abundant flora, fauna and ancient Mayan ruins.

From here transfer to Belize City to catch the short flight to Ambergris Caye where you can relax in a boutique resort.

Finally, fly back to Belize City for your overnight flight back to the UK.

Day 1: Fly UK to Guatemala

Fly from the UK to Guatemala City.

On arrival you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel in Guatemala City.

Day 2: Flores (Petén), Guatemala

After breakfast transfer to the airport by private car for your flight to Flores.

On arrival you will be met for your visit to Tikal National Park.

Day 3: San Ignacio (Cayo District), Belize

After breakfast transfer by private vehicle to San Ignacio in Belize.

The Cayo district of Western Belize is well known for its amazing Mayan ruins, lush jungle, caves and numerous outdoor activities.

Day 4: San Ignacio

Spend the day at leisure or add on some optional activities or excursions.

We recommend a visit to the Mayan ruins at Caracol.

You can also enjoy an array of outdoor activities including bird-watching, horse riding or nature walks.

Enjoy some optional activities or add on a trip to Actun Tunichil Muknal Cave.

Day 6: Lamanai

After breakfast, transfer to Belize City and from here take a road and boat transfer to Lamanai Outpost Lodge in the Orange Walk district of northern Belize.
