Cham Villas Mui Ne is a fantastic value 18-villa boutique hotel set amongst spacious and lush, perfectly kept tropical gardens on the beachfront in Mui Ne.
Cham Villas is a peaceful beachfront escape, owned by a German-Vietnamese couple and opened in 2004.
The resort is something of an oasis in increasingly busy Mui Ne, run with a compelling mix of German efficiency and Vietnamese charm.
Cham Villas sits on 60 metres of well looked after beach in Mui Ne and features a lovely swimming pool (18 x 9 m). Right outside the hotel are dozens of dining options, shops and spas.
Thatched roof villas are simply but smartly furnished and all feature a private patio and four-poster bed.
Choose from 12 Garden Villas, just steps from the beach or one of the 6 Beachfront Villas which benefit from views and fresh ocean breeze.

Cham Villas has a charming low-key ambience in a great beachfront location and represents one of the best value-for-money boutique resorts in Vietnam.
The beachfront villas are popular for the views and the offshore breezes.
The hotel offers tours to the sand dunes in a 1962 jeep, which is a popular option.

Book early! There are only a handful of villas and this is one of the best value-for-money boutique resorts in Vietnam.
The service is simple, honest and low-key. Cham Villas isn’t luxury and the service is not exemplary; not all staff have perfect English for example, but on the whole the service at Cham Villas gets excellent reviews.
Mui Ne can be breezy and is the number one Kite-surfing destination in Vietnam. The fresh ocean-breezes are usually very welcome and are a bonus!

There is a choice of rooms between 6 Beachfront Villas and 12 Garden Villas.
Rooms feature four-poster King-size beds draped with mosquito nets and are simply but smartly furnished. Bathrooms are spacious and feature a bathtub overlooking a private garden.
Large patios are connected to each villa and offer comfortable club chairs and a daybed for relaxation.
