The Northeast features warm days all year round (20 to 30 °C) with limited rain and slightly cooler temperatures during winter time (June and July).

The Pantanal’s dry season runs from late June to early October with cooler temperatures. The dry season in the Pantanal is also the nesting and breeding season for many bird species.
The Amazon is warm and humid all year round. The wet season or rainy season runs between December and June. May and June offer higher water levels, lower temperatures and abundant mosquitos.
Dry season in the Amazon takes place between July and November. There are some rain showers, but they are less frequent and of a shorter duration.
Sau Paulo and Rio share a similar climate, hot in the summer (December to March) and mild temperatures in winter time (June to September).
