January is one of the best times of year to visit Kenya.

January is Kenya's high season and a popular time for safaris as well as diving and snorkelling on the coast. Hot days and warm nights are usual.

During the hot months of January to March conditions can often be dry and dusty and the animals may congregate near water-holes so that there is excellent wildlife viewing.
