What’s so Special?
Al Bustan Palace was originally built to host the Gulf Cooperation Council Summit in 1985. Recent renovations have really transformed Al Bustan Palace, but maintained the intricately handcrafted wall covers and original carvings, which earned the hotel the reputation as the ‘Jewel of the Sultanate’.

Al Bustan offers a real sense of luxury in a great location but it’s not a boutique hotel.
Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe Rooms (40 sq. m) are contemporary yet classically styled rooms with muted soothing earth tone colours or calming hues of blue or green and private balconies overlooking the gardens (Deluxe Garden View), the Hajar Mountains (Deluxe Mountain View) or the Sea of Oman (Deluxe Sea View).
Al Bustan Lagoon Room
Al Bustan Lagoon Rooms are very similar to Deluxe Rooms, with the addition of a 16 sq. m. private terrace with direct access to the lagoon pool. Lagoon Rooms are on the ground floor.
Executive Suite
Executive Suites (80 sq. m) are elegantly appointed suites featuring a stylish master bedroom, sitting and dining area, with private balconies overlooking the Sea of Oman (Executive Sea View Suite) or the Hajar Mountains (Executive Mountain View Suite) from the 7th and 8th floors.
Junior Suite
Junior Suites (60 sq. m) are located on the first, second and third floors and are beautifully decorated in calming blue or green tones, with a separate sitting area and private balconies overlooking the manicured gardens.

Al Khiran Terrace Restaurant
