Spend 3 nights in charming Cartagena, a highlight of any tour of Colombia.
Fly to Panamá and visit the historic town of Panamá Viejo, the Panamá Canal and enjoy a day tour to the Emberá Katumá Community.

The women-folk meanwhile make splendid baskets, plates and masks out of vegetal fibre and delicate knitting.
