Casa de Hacienda La Jimenita is located in the town of Pifo about 10 minutes from the airport in Quito and serves as an ideal first or last night in Ecuador.

The Hacienda dates back to the 1800’s and is set on an 18 acre reserve which is an important archaeological site and private botanical reserve protecting forest of eucalyptus, guabos trees, organic black raspberries, lemon, limes, oranges, figs, tangerines and avocados.

La Jimenita’s rooms are cosy, comfortable and luxurious, decorated with family antiques and a mix of modern finishes and set amongst the beautiful gardens.

The dining is particularly notable at La Jimenita, with the use of local ingredients and catering for different dietary requirements.
