Waterberry Zambezi Lodge is a friendly, informal boutique lodge just 30 minutes from Livingstone in a wilderness setting by the Zambezi River.

Waterberry has seven rooms, including secluded riverside doubles, lakeside rooms with extra beds and two family units with adjoining bedrooms.

Waterberry Zambezi Lodge is the perfect place just to rest and watch the view – on the large terrace, the floating sun deck, in the upstairs viewing lounge and bar area or around the swimming pool set amongst the gardens.

The floating pontoon on the river is also perfect for sundowners, fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the view.

There is an interesting nature trail around the lake to see birds, fish and small wildlife and boats are on hand for fishing and for dawn, daytime or sunset cruises and island picnics.

Meals are served in the dining area or al-fresco on the sun terrace and deck overlooking the river, or guests can have private dinners on the room terrace or on one of the secluded pontoons or platforms around the lodge.

The food is excellent at Waterberry, with al-fresco meals, traditional bush dinners and barbecues cooked under the stars.
