New Specialists

As 2025 draws to a close, we wanted to share a quick update from Jasmine Holidays - and introduce three new specialists who’ve joined the team this year.

Amy — North America & Canada

Amy heads up North America and Canada, marking an exciting new chapter for Jasmine Holidays as we expand into these destinations for the first time. Her love of travel began early, inspired by family spread across the globe, and she has since travelled extensively throughout the USA - with a personal goal of visiting all 50 states.

From road trips through America’s national parks to expedition cruising in Alaska and beyond, Amy brings first-hand insight into designing journeys that combine wildlife, landscapes, culture and cuisine. She also has a particular passion for travel that ventures off the beaten path, including expedition-style voyages and immersive regional experiences.

Irina — Central & South America

Irina is our specialist for Central and South America, creating unforgettable journeys across one of the world’s most diverse and captivating regions. Based in Barcelona, she has built her career around a passion for exploring the world and helping others experience destinations in a way that feels meaningful and authentic.

As a native Spanish speaker, Irina uses her local knowledge and close connections across Latin America to shape truly distinctive journeys - from communicating effortlessly with trusted on-the-ground partners to uncovering experiences that go beyond the obvious. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she makes the planning process smooth and enjoyable from the very first conversation.

By taking the time to understand how each client likes to travel, Irina designs bespoke itineraries that reflect individual interests, pace and sense of adventure. Carefully chosen hotels, thoughtful details and immersive experiences come together to create trips that feel seamless, inspiring and completely personal.

Ian — Africa, India & the Indian Ocean

Ian’s passion for travel began early, growing up in an RAF family and living in several countries before the age of ten. In his late twenties, he set off on a five-year independent journey around the world, travelling across six continents and immersing himself in local cultures, landscapes and cuisines.

With over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, Ian specialises in creating meaningful, tailor-made journeys - from wildlife-rich safaris and cultural adventures in India to relaxed escapes in the Indian Ocean. Today, travelling with a young family has also given him a valuable perspective on designing holidays that work beautifully for everyone.
