Those touring Myanmar in September should still expect to encounter short sharp downpours although the central plains including Bagan and Mandalay should be relatively dry at this time of year.
Temperatures are a little lower in September, although still expected to be in the high twenties or into the thirties.
Myanmar’s beach resorts are still mostly closed during September, as this isn’t the best time of year to be on the coast of Burma.
