About Santhiya Resort & Spa

Santhiya Resort & Spa on Koh Phangan is more accessible than many imagine, just 30 minutes by direct resort speedboat from Koh Samui.

Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort has just 99 rooms and villas, set in a lovely private bay with a lush backdrop of jungle - a Thai style eco-chic hideaway, with lovely teakwood accommodation and a very personal level of service – a great boutique style resort on Koh Phangan.

Santhiya Resort is very Thai in style with lots of teak and Thai carved artefacts.

Accommodation ranges from Deluxe Rooms, through to Pool Access Rooms and Private Pool Villas ideal for honeymooners.

Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort has a large swimming pool overlooked by a spectacular man made waterfall, a spa and some nice dining options.

The beach at Santhiya is private and a walk around some rocks leads to a long stretch of beautiful white-sand beach.

It’s so hard not to feel chilled out at Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort! We love the views from the restaurant, the private beach and the lovely natural setting.

The short trip to Koh Phangan from Samui should not deter you, as Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort has its own boat transfers and private pier, making this a very comfortable and stress free transfer to the resort.

Bear in Mind

Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort is very Thai style with abundant use of wood (the owner is a timber merchant). The style is eco-chic, the effect very natural however it does mean a lot of wood. Even the resort buggy is wooden!

Santhiya Resort is set on a sloping hillside, which means it can be a bit of an uphill walk from the pool area. Buggies are available.

Deluxe Rooms

The Deluxe Rooms (43 sq. m.) are set in a low-rise building on the hillside.

Rooms feature beautiful teakwood accents, free-form wooden mosaic ceilings, spacious living areas and verandas with excellent sea views.

With spectacular views over the bay and sea, Chantara offers an extensive variety of Thai cuisine.

Mahkok Wine Bar

Mahkok Wine Bar is open all day, nestled in the tropical forest landscape, underneath the famous Santhiya olive tree.

Listen to the sound of crashing waves and bask in the open air for an Al Fresco dining experience down By The Sea.

Relax the day away with a refreshing cocktail or delicious coconut smoothie. By the Sea is open for both lunch and dinner.
