Pandaw's RV River Kwai was built as a colonial-style river cruiser based on designs used by the original Irrawaddy Flotilla.
The Pandaw RV River Kwai carries a maximum of 20 passengers in 10 teakwood cabins.
Every morning and afternoon land excursions are offered to visit attractions along the river including temples, historic sites, Khmer ruins, waterfalls, war cemeteries, hot springs, the bridge on the River Kwai, and local attractions.
The Pandaw RV River Kwai operates a 4 day year round cruise program every Monday-Thursday and Thursday-Sunday on alternating Upstream and Downstream programs.

Monday: Bangkok–Kanchanaburi–Ban Kao
Pick up from your hotel around 7:30 and depart by coach to Kanchanaburi with a stop at Phra Pathom Chedi en-route.
Visit nearby Khao Noi Cave Temple and Tiger Cave Temple. Continue to visit the JEATH War Museum.
Board the RV River Kwai at midday and have lunch on board as the boat departs.
In the afternoon, visit Wat Tham Khaopoon before returning to the boat and continue the cruise upriver to Wang Pla Moo Bridge.
Overnight on board. Lunch & Dinner included.
Tuesday: Ban Kao-Sai Yok
Have breakfast on board as the boat departs upstream on the Kwai Noi River to visit Prasat Muang Singh historical park with its Khmer architecture.
Continue by road to Tha Kilen Train Station and board the train for a short journey on the infamous railway, passing over a long wooden viaduct.
Stop at Krasae Cave before continuing by coach with a stop at Sai Yok Elephant Village. Have lunch on board with time at leisure in the afternoon to appreciate the unfolding scenery.

Wednesday: Sai Yok-Sai Yok Yai-Ban Hin
After breakfast, walk uphill to visit Kaeng Lava Cave. Return to the boat and continue cruising upriver to Ban Haad Ngiu and then by coach to Hell Fire Pass, a part of the Death Railway cut right through the mountain.
Rejoin the boat at Kaeng Pa Lorm with lunch on board. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure on the boat before a farewell dinner on board.

Thursday: Ban Hin Dad-Kanchanaburi-Bangkok
Take the chance to offer alms to monks at a nearby temple before breakfast on board. Then disembark and return to Kanchanaburi by coach.
Visit the Thailand-Burma Railway Center Museum, Donrak War Cemetery and the world-famous bridge over the River Kwai.
Have lunch at local restaurant before returning to Bangkok, arriving around 6pm. Transfer back to your hotel.

Pandaw RV River Kwai was built as a colonial-style river cruiser based on designs used by the original Irrawaddy Flotilla. The flotilla was founded in Burma in 1865 and by the 1920’s was the largest privately owned fleet of ships in the world.
The RV River Kwai carries a maximum of 20 passengers in 10 teakwood cabins (all on the lower deck).
Every morning and afternoon land excursions are offered to visit attractions along the river including temples, historic sites, Khmer ruins, waterfalls, war cemeteries, hot springs, the bridge on the River Kwai, and local attractions.
