Japan Kaleidoscope

Japan is my favourite country in the world. I love the mix of modernity and tradition, the fact everything works, I love how polite the people are and how things feel so familiar but at the same time so foreign.
I'm always amazed at how diverse Japan is. I've enjoyed going from the buzz of Tokyo to timeless villages in Shikoku, from the mayhem of the Pachinko (pinball) Parlours to the Zen ambience of Japanese Gardens.
It's a beautiful, diverse, civilised, slightly crazy country which I would happily go back to again and again.
