Paradee is a superb luxury Thailand resort ideal for those looking for peace, seclusion, nature and one of the best beaches in Thailand.
We often incorporate a stay at Paradee at the end of a tour of Thailand or a multi-stop Asia holiday since it's the perfect place to wind down for a few nights in seclusion.
It's a little bit harder to get to than some other resorts - it's a 4 hour drive from Bangkok followed by a speedboat transfer but in my opinion it's worth it - if only for that beautiful beach and the luxury villas.
The aerial video gives you a clear idea of the setting which is right at the end of the island - there's literally nothing else around there.
The last time I was at Paradee there was a nice mix of couples and families and the atmosphere was just perfect. The villas although not totally private are wonderfully designed and are just steps from the beach.
If you're looking for nightlife beyond the moon and the stars, it's not going to suit, but for a relaxing hideaway in Thailand, Paradee is hard to beat.
