Philippines in April

In April many of the main tourist areas in the Philippines should be experiencing dry weather and clear skies.

Manila, Northern and Western Palawan, Southern Mindoro, Iliolo on Panay and Southwestern Negros should all have clear skies and little or no rain during this time of year.

The central islands of the Visayas including Boracay, Southern Cebu and most of Negros should also see little rain during April, although the seasonal differences are less pronounced than further west.

The North of Cebu, Bohol, Western Leyte, much of the East coast of Luzon, Southern Mindanao and Siquijor Island have more or less and even amount of rainfall throughout the year, with no clear dry or rainy season.

The wettest regions of the Philippines in April are the exposed eastern coastal areas that are affected by the Northeast monsoon. These areas include Bicol, Southern Leyte, Eastern Mindanao and Eastern Samar.
