Under an hour from Kandy, Bougainvillea Retreat is set in a picturesque valley on the grounds of the Victoria Golf & Country Resort, with astounding views of the Knuckles Mountain Range and Victoria Lake.
Ths Tuscan style villa was created in 2002 by a Danish couple Ea Lind and Erik Logstrup and was designed to blend harmoniously with the surroundings.
Bougainvillea Retreat consists of a main house and five garden rooms spread over an acre of land. Rooms can be rented individually, the complete villa rented as a whole.
The house is fully staffed with English speaking staff, an experienced cook and an onsite Danish manager.
When not out touring, guests seem to spend time relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the gardens and beautiful surroundings.
Being located right on the golf course makes Bougainvillea Retreat an ideal option for golfers of all standards.
Yoga classes are offered daily.
